How do I know if I have hail damage?

We recommend that you contact a licensed roofing contractor to perform a complete exterior inspection of your property.

How do I schedule my free inspection?

Call us directly or submit your information through one of the contact us links on our website. Your inspection will be scheduled by Our Customer Experience Manager.

Should I file an insurance claim?

We suggest that you wait to file a claim until one of our representatives has fully inspected your property

Will I know who is coming to my house for the inspection & how will he identify himself?

Our Customer Experience Manager will tell you the name of the representative coming to your home.  She will also inform you of the vehicle they will arrive in.

What if I don’t know how the insurance claim process works?

We strive to take the stress out of the insurance claim process. One of our experienced Sales and Production Managers will handle every step the process, from working directly with your insurance and mortgage companies.

What happens after my free inspection?

Your Sales & Production Manager will give you a free estimate along with fair and honest feedback. You will be guided on next steps throughout the entire process.

What will Happen during my installation?

On your installation day, your Sales & Production Manager and the crew will prep your home. Installation will be efficient and your Sales & Production manager will communicate progress. After installation is complete, the crew will remove all materials, leaving your home looking better than before.

I have additional work to be done on my house, what are the next steps??

Your Sales & Production Manager will work with crews to prioritize the completion of all work.

What if my roof does not need to be replaced, just repaired?

Your Sales & Production Manager will give a free estimate on your repair as well as fair and honest feedback on how to proceed.
